The Official Festival Panel is the only public event panel programmed by Sundance during the Festival, where we bring together Festival Artists — featured protagonists and actors in Festival films, journalists, researchers, technologists, media industry, and comedians, to discuss vital issues of the day and arising from the film and media projects.
This will be a moderated conversation with Joy and other invited guests (including seminal media artist Lynn Hershman Leeson) exploring questions related to art, visual language, algorithmic justice, and ways to subvert the invisible oppression of the "coded gaze.”
Sunday, January 26, 2020
2:00pm - 3:30pm
Filmmaker Lodge
550 Main Street, Park City, Utah
